Nossy vs Notis

Notis is an AI intern you message from WhatsApp or Slack to move work across your tools, often Notion. Nossy is a shop secretary that writes operations into a spreadsheet in your Drive.

Short answer Notis is an intern you text. It writes Notion pages, tasks, and CRM rows from WhatsApp, Slack, or a voice note. Keep it if the stack is the point. Nossy is a secretary for a shop that does not want another stack: one workbook in Drive, filled from the team chat.

What Notis is for

Notis is a messaging-native intern. You send a voice note, a WhatsApp, a Slack mention, or a forwarded email, and it finishes work in the tools you already use: Notion pages, tasks, CRM updates, drafts. It also runs scheduled jobs. For a founder whose system of record is Notion, that is the point.

Where it breaks in a chat-run shop

Notion is the trap the shop already left

Many owners tried Notion and the staff would not open it. Putting an intern in front of Notion does not fix that. It adds a translator.

Tool mesh Nossy does not have

Notis’s value is the connections. Nossy does not connect to other software yet. If the mesh is the product, Notis wins.

Intern versus secretary

An intern spreads work across apps. A secretary keeps one book. A shop that already failed at apps usually wants the book.

What Nossy does instead

Nossy interviews, shapes one workbook, and fills it from the team chat. It does not update Notion. See also Nossy vs Notion if the question is the app itself.

What Nossy does not do

  • Nossy works in LINE, Telegram, and WhatsApp direct chats. WhatsApp group chats and iMessage are coming soon.
  • Nossy does not connect to your other software yet. Tool connections are coming soon.
  • Nossy never messages your customers. It works inside your team's own chat, and it nudges your own people.
  • Nossy does not replace a POS, a payment system, or accounting software.
  • Nossy reads a spreadsheet you already have once, during setup, and only if you share it as anyone with the link. Day to day it sees the files it created or was sent in chat, so a file you drop into the Drive folder by hand stays invisible to it.
  • The report pages Nossy builds are public links that last about a day. The workbook in your Drive is the durable record.
  • Notis already talks to Notion, CRMs, to-do apps, and more from WhatsApp and Slack, and it can work on your computer via a desktop app. Nossy does not connect to other software yet.
  • Notis is a product you can start from notis.ai without a founder call. Nossy is in beta and onboards by call after a setup interview, which is slower on purpose.

Pricing

  • Plus is $20 a month with 4,000 credits. Pro is $40 with 8,000. Max is $100 with 20,000.
  • One price per business. Your whole team chats with Nossy at no extra cost, because there are no seats.
  • Credits measure the work Nossy does. $1 buys 200 credits. Plan credits reset monthly, top-up credits do not expire.
  • There is no free plan. Nossy is in beta and we onboard teams by call.

Common questions

Can Nossy replace Notis?

Not if the job is "message something into Notion". Nossy writes to its own workbook in your Drive. If Notion is the system of record, keep Notis.

Will my staff actually use it?

Both live in chat. The difference is what they write to. Staff who will not open Notion still will not maintain it through Notis. Nossy avoids that second system.

What does it cost compared to Notis?

See notis.ai for current plans (as of 2026-08). Nossy is $20, $40, or $100 a month per business.

What happens to my data if I stop?

Nossy's workbook stays in Google Drive. Notis writes into the tools you connected, which you also keep.
