It is still a place you go

Gemini is a tab, an app, or a side panel. The shop’s real interface is the group chat. Anything that needs a second open loses to a message.

Drive next door is not the same as a workbook it writes

Gemini can talk about files in Drive. Nossy’s job is narrower and more stubborn: messages and photos become rows in a Nossy-owned workbook, with the original image filed beside them.

What Nossy does instead

Setup is an interview about how the business runs. Day to day, staff speak in the connected chat. Nossy writes the row, files the photo, and answers from a fresh read of the sheet. Gemini can stay on the owner’s phone for everything else.

What Nossy does not do

• Gemini is free to start, sits next to Gmail, Docs, and Calendar, and is a better general researcher than Nossy. For anything that is not shop operations, keep using it.
• Gemini is on every Android phone and in the browser with no onboarding call. Nossy needs a setup interview and a connected chat, and during beta it onboards by call.

Pricing

• Plus is $20 a month with 4,000 credits. Pro is $40 with 8,000. Max is $100 with 20,000.
• One price per business. Your whole team chats with Nossy at no extra cost, because there are no seats.
• Credits measure the work Nossy does. $1 buys 200 credits. Plan credits reset monthly, top-up credits do not expire.
• There is no free plan. Nossy is in beta and we onboard teams by call.

Common questions

Can Nossy replace Gemini?

No. Gemini is a general assistant tied to Google's consumer and Workspace products. Nossy is a shared operations secretary. Keep Gemini for search, drafts, and personal Google work.

Will my staff actually use it?

Staff already answer the group chat. They will not open Gemini on a personal Google account to log a delivery. Nossy joins the chat they are in.

What does it cost compared to Gemini?

Gemini has a free tier, with higher limits on Google AI Plus and Google AI Pro plans (as of 2026-08, see one.google.com). Nossy is $20, $40, or $100 a month per business.

What happens to my data if I stop?

Nossy's workbook stays in your Google Drive as an ordinary spreadsheet. Gemini chats stay in Gemini. The sheet was always yours.
