Nossy vs Gumloop
Gumloop is a canvas where you wire AI nodes into flows. Nossy is a finished secretary in the team chat, with a workbook in your Drive and no canvas to maintain.
What Gumloop is for
Gumloop is a no-code canvas for AI automations. You drop nodes, connect them, and run agentic flows. For people who think in graphs, it is a strong way to build. It is a builder product.
Where it breaks in a chat-run shop
The canvas is the job
The owner searching for a secretary is handed a blank graph. That is the same failure as n8n and Zapier, with nicer AI nodes.
Credits and runs
Flows consume usage. A secretary on a Saturday shift cannot be “pause the canvas”.
Nobody maintains it
When a node breaks, the shop is back to the group chat with no record. That is how they lived before the canvas.
What Nossy does instead
No canvas. An interview. A workbook. A chat. Keep Gumloop if you wanted to design the agent. Nossy is the agent already designed around a shop.

What Nossy does not do
- Nossy works in LINE, Telegram, and WhatsApp direct chats. WhatsApp group chats and iMessage are coming soon.
- Nossy does not connect to your other software yet. Tool connections are coming soon.
- Nossy never messages your customers. It works inside your team's own chat, and it nudges your own people.
- Nossy does not replace a POS, a payment system, or accounting software.
- Nossy reads a spreadsheet you already have once, during setup, and only if you share it as anyone with the link. Day to day it sees the files it created or was sent in chat, so a file you drop into the Drive folder by hand stays invisible to it.
- The report pages Nossy builds are public links that last about a day. The workbook in your Drive is the durable record.
- Gumloop can call many models and tools, branch, and run agent flows that Nossy will not attempt. A technical operator gets more range from a canvas than from a fixed secretary.
- Gumloop is self-serve. Nossy is in beta and onboards by call. If you enjoy building flows, Gumloop is more fun, and that is a real preference.
Pricing
- Plus is $20 a month with 4,000 credits. Pro is $40 with 8,000. Max is $100 with 20,000.
- One price per business. Your whole team chats with Nossy at no extra cost, because there are no seats.
- Credits measure the work Nossy does. $1 buys 200 credits. Plan credits reset monthly, top-up credits do not expire.
- There is no free plan. Nossy is in beta and we onboard teams by call.
Common questions
Can Nossy replace Gumloop?
For chat-to-workbook operations, yes, without a canvas. For general AI automation design, no.
Will my staff actually use it?
Staff never see the canvas. They see the chat. Same as a good Gumloop build. The difference is who owns the graph.
What does it cost compared to Gumloop?
See gumloop.com for current plans and credits (as of 2026-08). Nossy is $20, $40, or $100 a month per business.
What happens to my data if I stop?
Nossy's workbook stays in your Google Drive. A Gumloop flow that wrote to Sheets left that data there too.
